Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 May 2026

Scope

These terms govern your use of vihaya.ai as a visitor. Paid engagements (pilots, production-phase work, ongoing engagements) are governed by an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) — these terms do not replace those documents.

What the site is

vihaya.ai is a marketing and explainer site for Vihaya, a forward-deployed AI systems firm. Content includes positioning, reference architectures, regulatory explainers, blog posts, and a platform deep-dive. None of it is a binding offer, a price commitment, a warranty of performance, or financial advice.

Pre-revenue disclosure

Vihaya is pre-revenue with no completed pilot and no signed customer engagement as of the “last updated” date above. All capability claims on this site reflect engine architecture shipped in-repo, not customer-validated outcomes. Reference architectures are illustrative.

Acceptable use

You may browse, link to, and quote vihaya.ai content with proper attribution. You may not:
  • Use automated tools to scrape the site at high volume.
  • Misrepresent vihaya.ai content as your own.
  • Use the site to circumvent any law.
  • Attempt to access non-public infrastructure.

Intellectual property

All site content — copy, design, illustrations, brand assets — is © Vihaya unless otherwise credited. The Vihaya name, the Vihaya Engine name, and the company mark are trademarks of Vihaya. Third-party open-source components used inside the engine are credited in the engagement materials shared with design-partner customers under NDA.

External links

Where we link to third-party sites (regulator pages, foundation- model providers, related companies), Vihaya is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those destinations.

No warranty

vihaya.ai is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Reference architectures, code samples, and audit-envelope examples are illustrative and may not reflect the final shipped form. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vihaya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of vihaya.ai. Paid-engagement liability is governed by the executed MSA, not this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of vihaya.ai constitutes acceptance of any changes.
